Battered Broccoli Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
1 medium head of broccoli
1 egg
100 g flour
100 ml water


1. Cut a head of broccoli into small florets and boil in salted water for 10 minutes.

2. Cool the cooked florets and dry with a towel.

3. Mix the flour, egg and water thoroughly until the mixture is smooth. Add salt to the batter to taste.

4. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil.

5. Dip the broccoli florets in the batter and fry on all sides until a brown crust forms.

7. Serve as a garnish or as its own dish.
