Bell Pepper Sauce Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), cut into strips
|
1 onion, cut into slices
|
ground black pepper and salt to taste
|
1 cup chicken broth
|
2 tomatoes, diced
|
vegetable oil for frying
|
Preparation:
1. Preheat frying pan with vegetable oil.
2. Fry the bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Add the chicken broth to the vegetables, and season with salt and ground black pepper; stew covered over low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Serve cooled with meat and fish dishes.
