For this recipe you will need:
200 g dairy butter
2 cloves garlic
2 pinches salt
1 sprig parsley

Preparation:

1. Soften the butter at room temperature.

2. Crush the garlic, chop the parsley.

3. Add the salt, garlic, and parsley to the softened butter.

4. Mix until smooth, then let cool.

5. Store in freezer.

6. Serve as a garnish to fish, meat, and poultry dishes.
