Grilled Potatoes Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
Potatoes
Vegetable oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Greens, chopped

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into medium-sized wedges.
  2. Dip the potato wedges in vegetable oil, then drain them.
  3. Arrange the potatoes on the grill, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry for 5 – 6 minutes on each side.
  4. When the potato wedges are ready, put them on plate and sprinkle with chopped greens.
  5. Serve as a side to meat and fish dishes.
