Cold Beet Soup Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
1L kefir
|
½ cup grated radish
|
1 grated cucumber
|
1 tbs. horseradish sauce
|
1 tbs. mustard
|
½ L pickled beets, chopped in a blender
|
Finely chopped greens
|
4 hard-boiled eggs
|

Preparation:
1. Pour the kefir into a pan.
2. Add the grated radish, grated cucumber, horseradish sauce, mustard, and the chopped pickled beets. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
3. Before serving put one half of the boiled egg to each soup bowl and sprinkle with chopped greens.
4. Serve the soup cold with a boiled potato dish.
