Salmon Soup Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
1 medium-sized salmon (2 - 3 kg)
Potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
Carrots, peeled and shredded
3 chopped garlic cloves
Chopped green onion, dill, parsley
Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Scale and gut the salmon, remove the gills, and wash under running water.

2. Cut off the head, and tail, then fillet. Cut the fillet into large pieces.

3. Place the head, tail, bones, and skin in a pan.

4. Cover with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

5. Strain the broth into a pan.

6. Add the salmon fillet, potatoes, and carrots to the broth.

7. Add salt to taste; bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

8. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

9. Add the chopped greens and serve hot.
