Wild Boar Soup Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
200 g wild boar's meat
Broth with wild boar's tongue
1 cup macaroni
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 egg
Chopped greens

Preparation:

1. Soak the wild boar's meat in cold water for 24 hours, replacing the water periodically.

2. Wash the meat and cut it into large cubes; cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Pour out the broth; wash the meat, cover it with water and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

4. Bring the broth from boiled wild boar's tongue to a boil, then add to the meat.

5. Add the macaroni and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring periodically.

6. Crack the egg into the pan and stir; add the garlic, and boil until the macaroni is cooked.

7. Add the chopped greens. Serve hot.
