1. Mix the egg, flour, and sour cream.
2. Pour the batter into a hot frying pan with vegetable oil.
3. Fry over medium heat on one side until cooked, then flip.
4. Sprinkle the flatbread with grated cheese and cover the frying pan with the lid.
5. Continue frying until the cheese is melted.
6. Cut the cooked flatbread into 4 parts and fold each part cheese inside.

1. Mash the margarine with flour.

2. Mix the curd, eggs, baking soda, and salt.
Add the mixture to the flour with margarine and knead the dough.

4. Fold each flat cake four times and make 2 cuts on the semicircular side.

5. Sprinkle the baking tray or frying pan with flour and put the flat cakes onto the flour.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 180 °C (375°F).

1. Pour the kefir into a pan, add baking soda, mix and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar, salt, egg, and mix it.
3. While mixing, add the flour.
4. Sprinkle the dough with a thin layer of flour; cover the pan with a lid, cover with a towel, and leave for 2 hours.
5. Sprinkle the table surface with flour. Place the dough onto the flour and knead the dough into a layer 5 mm thick.
6. Cut the dough into rectangular portions. Make a small lengthwise cut in each rectangle's center and put one end of the rectangle through the cut.
7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the crullers over medium heat until lightly brown.
8. Serve with jam and tea or coffee.

1. Separate the egg yolks and mix them with sugar and softened butter.
2. Add the flour and baking powder, mixing carefully.
3. Put 1 - 2 table spoons of dough into the pie pan.
Add 1 table spoon condensed milk to the center.
Put more dough atop so that the top of the dough is 1.5 cm from the pie pan's upper edge.
4. Bake the cakes and muffins in preheated oven at 200 °C (400°F) for 20 - 25 minutes.
5. Decorate the cooked cakes with grated chocolate, powdered sugar, and color syrup.

1. Whip the eggs into fluffy foam.

Knead the dough and divide it into 8 parts. Roll out each part in a thin circle and cut the circles into thirds.

Put the stuffing on the wide part of each sector and roll into rugelach.

Brush the rugelach with vegetable oil; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in a 350-400 0F (200 – 220 0С) oven until lightly brown.

Knead the batter. Add flour to the batter to reach a thick sour cream consistency.
Bring the milk to a boil and drizzle it on the batter while quickly stirring the mix.
Heat a frying pan and grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Pour the batter into the frying pan to cover the bottom.
Cook the pancake over a medium flame for 1 minute on each side.
Spread melted butter with sugar on each cooked pancake.

Grind the yeast with one tablespoon of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Prepare the dough of the following ingredients: kefir, yeast, salt, vanilla sugar, soft margarine and flour. Knead the dough by hand or with a bread maker in "DOUGH" mode. The dough should be soft and a little sticky.

Put the prepared dough on a cutting board sprinkled with flour and divide it into six equal spheres.

Place the dough spheres in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll each sphere out into a circle 3 - 4 mm thick.

Cut each circle into 8 equal sectors.

Put 1 teaspoon of stuffing on the wide part of each sector, fold the sides up and roll into a rugelach.

Bake in a 425 0F (220 0С) oven until browned.

Put biscuits into the bowl and crush it by pestle.
Put butter, cocoa and sugar in microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 1 minute.
Stir the melted mix thoroughly and pour over biscuits crumbs.
If desired, add crushed nuts, raisins or prunes.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and divide the prepared paste into two parts. Wrap each part with plastic food wrap to form small, long loaves.
Refrigerate the chocolate loaves for 2 hours, or until the mix thickens.
Slice the loaves and serve with tea or coffee.
