Sift the flour and hollow the middle of the mound. Whip 1 egg white, add 2 egg yolks; pour mixture into hollow. Add the powdered sugar, baking powder, margarine, salt and zest. Knead the dough quickly so that it does not melt. Form the dough into a sphere, wrap it in paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out in a circle. Spread the jam over the dough circle. Make a net of dough strips over of the jam stuffing. Brush the dough net with an egg. Bake the pie in a 400 0F (200 0C)  oven until lightly brown.

Prepare batter by whipping an egg with sugar and other ingredients. Line pie pan with baking paper and pour the batter into the pie pan. Mix the desiccated coconut and sugar, and sprinkle the mix over the batter. Cover the batter with foil and bake in a 400 0F (200 0C) oven for 40 - 50 minutes. Check the doneness of the pie by piercing it with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out dry, the pie is done. Remove the pie from the oven, remove the foil and cover the hot pie with cream. Cooking Tip: To ensure even baking, put a tray filled with sand at the bottom of the oven.
