1.    Dice the bread or baguette.
2.    Mince the garlic and put it onto a heated pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry them until the oil becomes fragrant.
3.    Roast the cubes of bread in the garlic oil tossing them from time to time; when the cubes become golden leave them to cool.
4.    Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and salt and whisk together to make the dressing.
5.    Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers, slice the onion.
6.    Add the dressing to the vegetables and stir until the vegetables release some juice.
7.    Put the croutons into the vegetables and toss them thoroughly.
8.    Before serving add some sliced basil to your taste.

Christmas Potato Salad Recipe

1.    Boil the potatoes in skins, peel them.
2.    Cut green beans into halves and boil them for several minutes; remove them from the water as soon as they are ready.
3.    Dice the potatoes, bell pepper and onion.
4.    Combine olive oil, tarragon vinegar and leaves, garlic, black pepper, mustard, sugar and salt in a food processor; process till the dressing becomes smooth to make the dressing.
5.    Stir the vegetables with the dressing.
6.    Leave the salad to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
